If you only read one paragraph, read this one. We collect the minimum we need to deliver the product you paid for. Your interview transcript is processed by our foundation-model inference provider, which does not train on commercial-API data per their published terms. We delete your transcript 30 days after we email you the report PDF. We do not sell, rent, or share your data. We use Stripe for payment (so we never see your card details). The only things we keep beyond 30 days are: your email, your role, and your final report PDF — which we keep so we can re-deliver if you lose it.
The Pivot Engine runs on a frontier foundation model accessed via a commercial API provided by Anthropic. Every message you send is transmitted to that API to generate the response. Per the provider's commercial terms, they do not use commercial-API inputs or outputs to train their models. The provider's data-retention policy is 30 days for prompts and outputs (with exceptions for trust-and-safety review). We name the provider here for full transparency, but the product itself — the intake script, the methodology grounding, the report structure, the PDF — is ours.
The site is hosted on Netlify. Static pages, the calculator, and the API endpoints all run on Netlify infrastructure. Your transcript and report are stored in Netlify Blobs (object storage). Netlify is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
We send the welcome email, the 12-week action emails, the report PDF, and the quarterly score recomputes from a Google Workspace email account using SMTP. Standard email retention applies on both ends.
Payment for the Pivot Interview is processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers. We receive only the email address you used at checkout and confirmation that payment succeeded.
We use Google Analytics 4 and a Google Ads conversion tag to understand which pages and ads bring people in and which pages help them convert. IP addresses are anonymized at ingestion.
You can request a copy of every record we hold about you, request deletion of all records, or unsubscribe from all email at any time. Reply to any email from us with the word delete, and we'll process the request within one business day. The deletion is irreversible — we cannot recover deleted transcripts or PDFs.
This service is intended for adults making career decisions. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If we change anything material, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top and email everyone on file a one-paragraph summary. We'll never quietly degrade your privacy.
