Material movement in the research your role's score is built on — most often a new Anthropic Economic Index release, a BLS O*NET update, or a major academic or industry paper (Stanford / OpenAI, Brookings, McKinsey, etc.). When we see meaningful change, we re-synthesize your report and email you the new PDF. We aim for "signal over noise" — that means some quarters you may get nothing, and that's by design.
Based on how often the underlying data sources publish, expect somewhere in the range of one to four updates per year for most roles — clustered around quarterly Anthropic Economic Index releases. Some roles get more coverage than others. There's no guaranteed cadence.
Any time. Your Stripe receipt includes a link to manage your subscription, or you can reply to any email from us with the word cancel and we'll handle it.
